Share This is an innovative sharing platform allowing you to post messages and information to social media and sharing services.  Placement Partner has added the Share This tool to all your web adverts, to put your adverts to work!  Candidates can now share your web adverts with their friends via email, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Yahoo Pulse or any other of close to 100 destinations.  No longer are your job adverts limited to your website, with Share This your adverts will go viral!  Placement Partner clients can expect to see an increase in their advertising audience and ad response which of course means more placements, more often!

A big thank-you to our clients who stopped by at our stand at the APSO Owner/Manager Conference held last week at the O R Tambo Premier hotel in Rhodesfield.  It was a rewarding time for us to be able to meet face to face with so many of our loyal clients and for us to speak to many prospective clients!

We were once again proud to be sponsors of the APSO Conference as the topic “The Challenge of Change” was discussed at length by knowledgeable and talented speakers such as Clem Sunter, Paul Naidoo and Pavlo Phitidis, amongst others.

The Placement Partner Team

Placement Partner has a whole host of new features that have been implemented in the last week!

Many of these features have taken months of hard work, testing, programming more testing and finally implementing!

 

We take pleasure in listing them below:

 

 

  • The Post Box now boasts a viewed/updated column.  This enables you to see which candidates records have been read and by whom with a date and time stamp. (We hope you like this feature!)
  • The Advertising Tab on the vacancy now has an advanced editing tool.
  • The Activity Report which includes the option to view the report in chart format, has been improved even further. The consultant menu has been changed to a ‘Multi-Select’ box, so that you can specify which consultants’ activities you would like to view.  To view the report as a chart, click on the Draw Chart icon, each consultant’s activity will be displayed in their own unique colour.  You can then download the chart or print it by clicking on one of the new buttons.  Another clever feature is that you can manipulate the chart by ‘hiding’ consultants when you click on their names in the chart key.
  • The Client Activity Report has just been released!  This report lists Vacancies, Interactions and Placements and calculates the placement to vacancy Ratio.  The report has all the new features that the consultant Activity Report also has.

Our technical team have made some updates to the Placement Partner system last week Friday.  If you experience any difficulties please refresh your browsers cache by Holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and pressing F5.

 

We are thrilled to welcome Careers24, another of South Africa’s leading job portals now integrated with Placement Partner!  Clients can look forward to even more advertising exposure by integrating with Careers24 through the Placement Partner system. This integration is quick and easy to set up and is as simple as dropping us an email on support@parallel.co.za to get the ball rolling.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This service is available to clients of Careers24.  If you are not already a client of Careers24, the first step would be to speak to a sales representative of Careers 24.  Once you’ve signed up as a client or if you are already an existing client, you will be asked to sign a consent form. After the technical procedures have been completed, Careers24 will then be able to pick up the vacancy adverts which are live on your website and publish them to their job portal.  When candidates apply for any of your advertised positions they will be directed to your own Placement Partner candidate submission form which, once completed, can be found in your Post Box.

Access to the Careers24 job portal through Placement Partner forms part of the web integration service and is available at no additional charge from Parallel Software.
