So you can put a face to a name!

Placement Partner is proud to launch Candidate Profile Pictures.   Now, you have the option to upload a picture of your candidate onto their record.  The picture will be displayed clearly on the candidates profile next to their name and as part of their basic details.

How is it done?

On the Basic page of the Candidate Record, next to Profile Picture, click on Choose File. Select the candidate’s picture saved onto your PC. Click Apply at the bottom of the page… and you are done!

As with any file attachment on Placement Partner, you will need to ensure the candidate’s picture is smaller than 2MB and also that it is either a .jpg, or .png. file.

Our Technical team have been busy with many new features on the Placement Partner system.  The latest of which is the option to list only UNREAD records in the Post Box.

This feature is extremely helpful in checking how many records still need to be processed in response to a specific vacancy and to monitor consultant efficiency.

You can make use of this feature by ticking the ‘Show unread records only‘ tickbox in addition to your other search criteria on the Post Box search page.

We have completely replaced our HELP menu on Placement Partner with a new, interactive ‘help’.  The HELP menu covers each and every section of Placement Partner, so if you are uncertain of how to search the Post Box or create an advert, simply click on HELP for detailed assistance. The HELP menu will “know” which section of the system you are on and will automatically display the information related to that section.

Soon there will also be short video tutorials on the HELP menu so you can see exactly how to use certain areas of the system.

The online HELP Menu is so comprehensive it completely replaces the printed Placement Partner User Manual.
