Can the system automatically generate documents such as CV’s?
Yes. Templates are used to automatically generate documents from the data stored in Placement Partner. A typical example of this is to automatically generate standardised CV’s which can be sent directly to your clients.
Can we store files in the Placement Partner database?
Yes. Placement Partner was designed to store candidate CV files and many other files with each candidate’s and client’s record.
Can anyone on the internet access our database?
No. Placement Partner is password-protected and is hosted on an encrypted secure connection which makes unauthorised access virtually impossible. An unfortunate reality today is that a server, located in your office building, is far more likely to be stolen than someone gaining unauthorised access to your data via a secure connection.Our servers, with your data on, are located in a high-security data center and we keep the location of our servers strictly confidential.
How does the pricing structure work?
Placement Partner is charged on a monthly subscription basis, based on the number of users.

514 km of gruelling trekking, kayaking, cycling and rope work was completed by Team Parallel in 106 hours to finish in an incredible 15th Place!
The route took the team through farmlands, grasslands, marshes, coast line, lagoons, rivers and the Baviaanskloof!
The teams experienced unparalleled beauty and wilderness with various highlights including the Harbour, Cape St Francis beach, shipwrecks, canals, dams, farm huts, tunnels, buffalo paths, mountain passes, abseiling across the Gamtoos River and not to mention unspoiled flora and fauna.
The team ended at Cape St Francis Resort to celebrate an exceptional achievement with memories and views only known to the incredible contestants.
This year they kept their wits about them, strayed on track and slept only when completely necessary and on whichever terrain they found themselves on.

Team Parallel Adventure Racing Lining Up at Expedition Africa
Team Parallel will be lining up once again at the start of Expedition Africa, a challenging 500km adventure race through untamed wilderness.
Expedition Africa is part of the Adventure Racing World Series and this year sees 39 teams competing of which about half are international teams from 14 countries as far flung as Australia, Ireland, Brazil and Japan.
Adventure racing is a team sport, whereby a mixed gender team of 4 people navigate using map and compass through wilderness areas, using human power only: their feet, mountain bikes and kayaks. Occasionally some ropework such as abseiling is required. Checkpoints are ticked off as they go and they get to refill their backpacks with supplies at transition areas. The race is non-stop, meaning they race through the night and only sleep when they absolutely need to, wherever that need arises, be it a quick nap on the side of the road or a few hours at a transition.
No two races are ever the same and this year it starts and finishes in the beautiful holiday town of Cape St Francis, with a strong likelihood that the route (kept secret from the racers until the maps are issued the night before) will take them through the Baviaanskloof Wilderness area where they will encounter wildlife including buffalo.
Last year Team Parallel competed in EA for the first time and managed a respectable #26 out of 54 teams, completing the full course in 130 hours (5 ½ days). This year the team is aiming to shave off a full day from that time by making fewer navigation mistakes and racing smarter.
