Can the system automatically generate documents such as CV’s?
Yes. Templates are used to automatically generate documents from the data stored in Placement Partner. A typical example of this is to automatically generate standardised CV’s which can be sent directly to your clients.
Can we store files in the Placement Partner database?
Yes. Placement Partner was designed to store candidate CV files and many other files with each candidate’s and client’s record.
Can anyone on the internet access our database?
No. Placement Partner is password-protected and is hosted on an encrypted secure connection which makes unauthorised access virtually impossible. An unfortunate reality today is that a server, located in your office building, is far more likely to be stolen than someone gaining unauthorised access to your data via a secure connection.Our servers, with your data on, are located in a high-security data center and we keep the location of our servers strictly confidential.
How does the pricing structure work?
Placement Partner is charged on a monthly subscription basis, based on the number of users.

So we, here at Placement Partner, have decided to “spruce up” the tick-boxes and make them bolder and more colourful to remind you to make those adverts live; complete those client & candidate reminders; record sending those CVs out and to tick all the other necessary and helpful tick-boxes that exist throughout your system.

Adzuna Integration now LIVE!
Dear Clients
Some of you may have noticed a new source of candidates in your PostBox statistics, namely Adzuna.
That’s right, the integration with Adzuna is up and running.
What do you need to do? Nothing. Your jobs will go out to Adzuna with all your advertising channels such as your website and other integration partners.
Since their starter package is free, we’ve taken the liberty of connecting all of our clients to Adzuna, so your jobs will be on there already (I mean, who doesn’t like freebies?). Granted, on the free package they don’t get as much exposure as on the paid package, but they’re there. However should you wish to switch off the integration, just pop us a mail at support@parallel.co.za and we’ll disable it for you.
On the other hand, should you wish to upgrade your adverts on Adzuna to get more exposure, you can sign up to their pay-per-click option. The good news here is that they have an offer exclusive to Placement Partner clients: 20% discount! So give them a try, it might just be the source of great candidates you’ve been looking for.

Some recruiters prefer volume over quality, while others prefer quality over volume. If you fall in the latter category, then this might be for you:
Do you feel you’re getting too many candidates that are not in your recruiting field of interest? Do you want to get more info up-front before allowing them into your PostBox?
Many companies have done this, but we’ve also realised that many don’t know it’s an option: you can customise your candidate application form to get more info up front.
You can choose any of the above fields. The cost to customise your application is R750 once-off ex vat. If you’d like to do so, simply let your friendly Placement Partner Support Team know by emailing support@parallel.co.za and asking for a Customised Candidate Application Form
