Can the system automatically generate documents such as CV’s?
Yes. Templates are used to automatically generate documents from the data stored in Placement Partner. A typical example of this is to automatically generate standardised CV’s which can be sent directly to your clients.
Can we store files in the Placement Partner database?
Yes. Placement Partner was designed to store candidate CV files and many other files with each candidate’s and client’s record.
Can anyone on the internet access our database?
No. Placement Partner is password-protected and is hosted on an encrypted secure connection which makes unauthorised access virtually impossible. An unfortunate reality today is that a server, located in your office building, is far more likely to be stolen than someone gaining unauthorised access to your data via a secure connection.Our servers, with your data on, are located in a high-security data center and we keep the location of our servers strictly confidential.
How does the pricing structure work?
Placement Partner is charged on a monthly subscription basis, based on the number of users.

The Crazy Life Of A Recruiter. Every Reminder Helps To Make Your Life Easier.
You’re all familiar with the “To Outlook” link next to reminders. But now it’s gone! It’s been replaced by two icons, one for Outlook and one for Gmail.
Placement Partner now allows you to export all Interviews and reminders to your Gmail calendar.
On your Send Out Tab in Vacancies just click on the “To Outlook” or “To Gmail” buttons. Save your reminder and never forget another interview.
Plus: you used to have to click Apply at the bottom of the page before sending the reminder to your calendar. Not anymore! Save mouseclicks and just click one button.
Add the personal touch by exporting Reminders, such as a Client’s Birthday, to either Outlook or Gmail.
The two icons next to each reminder allows you to do so.
Find All Candidate’s Currently / Previously Employed By A Certain Company.
The Candidate Search page now has an option to search via Current or Previous Employer.
Invoicing, Invoicing, Invoicing.
Save time by clicking Add/Save on the Placements (Permanent Placement) or Assignments (Temporary Placement) Tab.
No need to click Apply on the bottom of the page to effect the changes.

New feature: Add CV to Postbox
At Placement Partner, we are constantly looking at ways to enable our users to work smarter without sacrificing security and the quality of candidate data. As you know, the design ideas for Placement Partner often tend to come from you guys, our clients. This is another one of those.
We realized that many recruiters are adding candidates to their Postboxes by using the “Submit your CV” form on their own company websites to save time in this demanding industry. This method allows a recruiter to quickly capture just the candidate’s contact details and searchable CV, without having to capture all the compulsory fields in New Candidate. The candidate is then in the Postbox where the split screen helps you to drag and drop info from the candidates’ CV more easily than if you were capturing manually.
So thanks once again to your ingenuity, we decided to make this an official feature accessible from within Placement Partner.
The new Add CV feature will enable you as users to load your Candidate’s CV’s into the Postbox from within the Placement Partner System.
The Postbox menu has been moved and is now one of the main tabs on the system.
