You’ve had the ability to save your candidate searches, making it easy to quickly revisit key search criteria — but now, we’re taking it a step further. With our latest update, you can share your saved searches with your colleagues in just a few clicks.

Here’s how it works:

Let’s say you’ve saved a search for “Finance Managers” in “Gauteng – Pretoria”. You can now:

  • Click the Share button next to your saved search.
  • Select the team members you’d like to share it with from the list of system users.
  • Click Share — and the saved search will appear in their list.

This means your team can now:

  • Stay aligned on sourcing strategies
  • Reduce duplication of effort
  • Access relevant talent pools faster

Whether you’re collaborating on a high-priority role or streamlining your sourcing across teams, this feature makes teamwork even more efficient.

Pro Tip:

Use clear naming for your saved searches (e.g., “Senior Java Dev – Cape Town” or “Top Bookeepers – Durban”) so your colleagues immediately understand the intent of the search you’ve shared.
