Unlike other personality or people diagnostic tools, the GC index assessment bridges the gap between the individual and the organisation by looking at how individuals and teams impact and contribute to a business cycle. By measuring a person’s proclivity, Recruiters and Employers can gauge the potential that each candidate brings to their role and their organisation.
