Email Integration Now Works Across Placement Partner
Keeping track of communication is one of the most important parts of the recruitment process. Every email sent to a candidate or client helps build relationships, provides valuable context, and contributes to a complete recruitment history.
That’s why we’re excited to announce an upgrade to our Email Integration feature!
What’s Changed?
Previously, Email Integration was only used in specific areas of Placement Partner. In many other places throughout the system, clicking an email button or email address would simply open your default email application using a standard mailto: link.
With this latest update, Email Integration is now used throughout the system wherever you send emails to candidates or clients.
This means that instead of opening your default mail application, emails are sent through your integrated mailbox, giving you a more consistent and powerful experience.
Why This Matters
Using Email Integration across the system unlocks a number of valuable benefits:
A complete communication history – Emails sent to candidates and clients are recorded against their profiles, making it easy to see previous correspondence.
Consistent email tracking – No matter where you send an email from within Placement Partner, your communication is stored in one place.
Professional email templates – Use your saved Candidate Templates when emailing candidates and Client Templates when communicating with clients, ensuring consistent, professional messaging while saving time.
A smoother workflow – Stay within Placement Partner instead of switching between applications, making your recruitment process more efficient.
Who Can Use This?
This enhancement is available to all clients who have Email Integration enabled.
If your email account is already integrated with Placement Partner, you can start enjoying this improved experience immediately.
If you haven’t set up Email Integration yet, now is the perfect time to do so and take advantage of complete email tracking, reusable templates, and a more seamless workflow.
