Where to Find the Setup Guide
If you’re not sure where to start, the Placement Partner Help Menu is the easiest place to check.
Inside the Help Menu, you’ll find step-by-step guides for integrating Teams or Zoom, including instructions for installing the required app in the external platform.
Simply search for “Teams Integration” or “Zoom Integration” to find the guides and get started.
Scheduling Meetings in Placement Partner
Once your integration is set up, you can create meetings directly in PP instead of switching back and forth between platforms.
You can set the date, time, and participants, and send the invites straight to candidates or clients from the system. No more copy-pasting links or juggling calendars!
Joining Meetings from Placement Partner
When it’s time to join, just click “Join” in Placement Partner. The meeting opens in Zoom or Teams externally, so you can run it just like normal.
It’s simple, smooth, and avoids the hassle of digging through emails or calendar invites to find the right link.
Interaction Automatically Saved
After scheduling a meeting, the system records that the interaction happened and links it to the relevant candidate or job.
This way, your history of meetings is automatically captured without extra effort, keeping your workflow organised and your candidate records up to date.
Integrating Teams or Zoom only requires a few setup steps, including installing the app in the external platform, but once it’s done, most recruiters find it becomes part of their daily workflow quickly.
