Placement Agreement Confidentiality - Advanced Placement Team maintains strict confidentiality of all clients and applicants. Ethics - Advanced Placement Team will strive to send you the most qualified pre-screened applicants for your position. We will select the applicants who best fit your criteria without regard to race, sex, religion, or any other non-job related specifications. Placement Fees - Our fees are on a contingency basis. No fee is charged until a placement is made. Our fees are twenty percent (20%) of the annual salary. For example, the fee on an annual salary of $55,000 would be 20% of $55,000 or $11,000. Payment Terms - All invoices are payable upon receipt. The invoices will be generated upon the acceptance of an offer. Guarantees - We provide an unconditional guarantee on all of our placements. Should the candidate voluntarily leave or be terminated for any reason during the first four months of employment the guarantee is as follows: 1-30 days following the start date 100% of the fee will be refunded or a replacement will be provided at no additional fee. 30-60 days following the start date 75% of the fee will be refunded or will be applied to the fee of a replacement. 60-90 days following the start date 50% of the fee will be refunded or will be applied to the fee of a replacement. 90-120 days following the start date 25% of the fee will be refunded or will be applied to the fee of a replacement. The client agrees to the fees and payment terms, as stated in the Placement Agreement above.
